MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — Manchester-by-the-Sea Board of Health approves two septic system relocations. The board unanimously approved 5-bedroom and 4-bedroom sewage disposal systems for 6 Highland Avenue and 9 Masconomo Street respectively, both relocating systems to comply with wetlands regulations and Title 5 standards. The board waived the 135 dollar Title 5 inspection review fee for three properties inspected at board request in environmentally sensitive areas to encourage compliance.

A discussion addressed elevated E. coli counts in Wolf Trap Brook, where resident Michael Carvalho raised contamination concerns; the board deferred action pending completion of required Title 5 inspection reports and further review of testing methodologies.
