Board of Health · Meeting of May 28, 2026

MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — Board of Health issues formal compliance orders to five Kettle Cove properties. The Board unanimously approved orders directing owners at 12 Raymond Street, 22 Raymond Street, 30 Raymond Street, 50 Raymond Street, and 391 Summer Street to obtain Title 5 septic inspections, as reported by Administrative Assistant Ellen Lufkin. The action follows repeated unsuccessful requests from staff.

The Board also approved Ellen Lufkin as an alternate to the advisory board for Public Health Agent Wendy Hansbury, reviewed a revised septic-inspection fee schedule slated for Selectboard review and public hearing, and agreed to issue 2026 licenses to Manchester Bath and Tennis Club only with a signed agreement requiring watertight risers and fall tank pumping.
