MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — Manchester Board of Health issues Title 5 orders to five Kettle Cove properties. The Board unanimously voted to issue formal septic-inspection orders to five properties that have failed to comply with reasonable requests and timelines. Members also unanimously appointed Ellen Lufkin as an advisory-board alternate and approved prior meeting minutes.

Member Peter Colarusso raised concerns about cumulative sewer-capacity impacts from pending developments and asked Donna Furse to gather development-project data.
