MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — Manchester Conservation Commission approves seasonal float and ramp at Proctor Street. The Commission approved an Order of Conditions for a proposed seasonal ramp and float at 19 Proctor Street, proposed by David Taliaferro, with requirements for seasonal removal and 100 percent survivorship of native plantings to mitigate impacts. The float must maintain at least 32 inches of clearance above the mudflat to protect shellfish habitat.

In related business, the Commission selected Tyge & Bond as peer reviewer for a proposed 136-unit development at 0 School Street and approved Certificates of Compliance for completed work at two other properties.
