The commission voted unanimously to approve a hardscape and landscape plan for 48 Central Street (MassDEP #039-0945), resolving questions over unpermitted generator and air conditioning pads installed by a previous owner. Neighbor Lisa Martinez and attorney Russ Brown raised concerns during public comment about storm water runoff and generator noise; Brown argued no meaningful alternatives analysis existed for the pad locations.
