MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — Manchester Conservation Commission endorses $5 million MVP grant application for environmental restoration. The board provided enthusiastic endorsement for Sue Croft's application for Massachusetts Resilience and Adaptation Fund grants to replace lost BRIC funding for culvert and pond restoration. The commission unanimously approved a one-year permit extension for Cornerstone Church's project at 189 School Street, while noting the town's bylaw limits extensions to one year compared to the state permit allowing three years.
Michael Kirk's Certificate of Compliance for his completed pool and patio project at 37 Vine Street was also approved unanimously.
