Eleven property deeds were recorded in Manchester By The Sea between July 31 and Aug. 29, with disclosed sale prices on six of them ranging from $500,000 to $2,270,000 and a median of $1,207,500. The month's top sale was 33 Forster Rd Lot A at $2,270,000, sold by Emanuele Pagani to Kimberly Anne Pittman. Five of the 11 deeds, nearly half, were transfers from an individual to a trust bearing the same name, and none of those five disclosed a price. No street recorded more than one sale. With price data missing on roughly half the period's activity, the disclosed figures alone do not establish an overall market direction.
