The month's top sale was 33 Forster Rd Lot A at $2,270,000, sold by Emanuele Pagani to Kimberly Anne Pittman. Five of the 11 deeds, nearly half, were transfers from an individual to a trust bearing the same name, and none of those five had a price recorded. No street recorded more than one sale. With price data missing on roughly half the period's activity, the recorded figures alone do not establish an overall market direction.
