MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — The Manchester Housing Authority Board unanimously advanced interviews with two Executive Director candidates. Chair Elaine Persons will schedule both applicants for same-day interviews and post the required 48-hour notice. One candidate, Emily, has already secured approval from her current Board; the other, Bruce, brings prior inspection experience and proximity to the facility in Beverly.
Both must obtain approval from EOHLC before contract approval, and the selected candidate will initially serve on a temporary basis while managing split duties across multiple housing authorities on a 24-hour weekly basis.
