The month's top transaction was 6 Jersey Ln Pcl B & D, which sold for $4,800,000 on Aug. 31 from Mia Schlappi to Peter Rogal. Six of the 11 deeds involved transfers between parties sharing a surname or the same individual acting as trustee, a pattern common in estate or trust transfers. With most sale prices not yet recorded, the data offers a limited window into the month's overall market pricing.
