Jersey Lane Sale Tops $4.8 Million as Manchester-By-The-Sea Records Show Trust Transfers Dominate
Manchester-by-the-Sea recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, per Essex County Registry of Deeds data. Only four sales disclosed a price, ranging from $1,075,000 to $4,800,000, with a median of $1,207,500 among those four. The month's top transaction was 6 Jersey Ln Pcl B & D, which sold for $4,800,000 on Aug. 31 from Mia Schlappi to Peter Rogal. Six of the 11 deeds involved transfers between parties sharing a surname or the same individual acting as trustee, a pattern common in estate or trust transfers. With most sale prices undisclosed, the data offers a limited window into the month's overall market pricing.
