The top sale was 6 Victoria Rd Lot 6 at $2,375,000, followed by 16 Woodholm Rd Lot 14 at $2,325,000. Five of the 13 transfers, including two on Flatley Avenue, moved property from an individual owner into that same person's family trust and had no price recorded yet. Based on the raw count, the period showed active deed activity, though nearly 40 percent of transfers were internal trust transfers rather than open-market sales.
