Manchester By The Sea recorded 13 property transfers at the Essex County Registry of Deeds between July 17 and August 15. Seven listed sale prices, ranging from $500,000 to $2,375,000, with a median of $1,100,000. The month's top sale was 6 Victoria Rd Lot 6, which sold for $2,375,000 on July 28. Norwood Avenue saw two transfers, the only street with more than one recorded sale. The remaining six deeds, all listing no sale price, were transfers from an individual to a trust bearing that same person's name, a pattern distinct from the seven disclosed-price sales, each between differently named parties.
