Of the seven sales with recorded prices, values ranged from $500,000 to $2,375,000, with a median of $1,100,000. The month's top sale was 6 Victoria Rd Lot 6 at $2,375,000, sold by Christopher C. Rollins to Christopher Forespring, followed closely by 33 Forster Rd Lot A at $2,270,000. Six of the 13 transfers, nearly half, moved property into trusts bearing the same owner's name and carried no price recorded yet, a pattern common to estate-planning transfers. Norwood Avenue was the only street with more than one recorded sale this period.
