MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — Manchester-By-The-Sea Planning Board approves four-unit Deer Hill Road housing project. The board unanimously cleared a site plan for T Ford, LLC to construct two multi-family dwellings containing four residential units at 1 Deer Hill Road's rear parcel under the town's Community Housing Overlay District. The project's stormwater management design, using subsurface infiltration chambers, received favorable comments from Board Member Gordon Brewster as appropriately simple and effective.

The Department of Public Works continues reviewing the stormwater permit; the board required the applicant to return if the department mandates significant plan alterations. In separate action, the board unanimously approved a Housing Production Plan and its July 27 meeting minutes.
