MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — Planning Board continues 22 Union Street special permit hearing due to snowstorm. Chair Sarah Creighton cited the Governor's emergency declaration, Town Hall closure, and widespread power outages as obstacles to meaningful public participation and moved to open and immediately continue the hearing to March 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The motion passed unanimously.
Director of Land Management Marc Resnick had drafted conditions for the Board's review; members were instructed to examine them carefully before the rescheduled hearing.
