MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — The Planning Board set its course for two zoning amendments at November Town Meeting. Chair Sarah Creighton reported the Board agreed to pursue updates to sign regulations in Downtown Districts and corrections to ADU setback requirements to align with Attorney General guidance, while deferring a state-mandated clean energy ordinance. The Board unanimously endorsed a Plan of Land for Peter and Abigail Considine, with both resulting lots from the 115 School Street-25 Pleasant Street subdivision confirmed conforming.
Draft amendments are due to the Select Board by October 5.
