MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — Select Board approves National Grid petitions and Pride Month proclamation. The five-member board unanimously approved two National Grid utility conduit installations on Union Street and Pulaski Drive, and voted unanimously to proclaim June as LGBTQ+ month with a proclamation to be presented May 31st. The board postponed a decision on flying a transgender flag during International Day of Trans Visibility pending preparation of a proclamation.
Town Administrator Antonio Barletta was authorized to sign the Powder House Lane Regulatory Agreement governing affordable housing compliance and to execute a one-year canteen contract with Captain Dusty's Ice Cream for Singing Beach.
