MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — Select Board approves Verizon conduit installation on Proctor Street. The board unanimously approved Verizon New England's petition to install approximately 248 feet of 4-inch underground PVC conduit following a public hearing where contractor Alexander Marrero outlined the scope and road coordination; the board also unanimously appointed Jennifer Desimone to the Council on Aging Board through June 30, 2029, and Elaine Persons as the Housing Authority's representative on the Affordable Housing Trust through June 30, 2027, filling a vacancy. The board unanimously approved a permanent 4-by-4-foot advertisement sign for the Manchester-Essex Softball Association at Sweeney Park's scoreboard.
