MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — Select Board opens warrant and advances four zoning articles for spring town meeting. Chair Ann Harrison and all five board members unanimously approved proposals on senior housing, inns, and accessory dwelling units for Planning Board public hearing on March 9. Town Administrator Antonio Barletta reported FY27 budget preparation on schedule with a balanced budget, 15 percent health insurance increases, and major capital projects totaling over $27 million including $16.5 million in PFAS remediation and $5 million for Central Street Culvert work.

The board unanimously approved temporary use of Rosedale Cemetery extension for high school winter track training and a mobile sauna vendor's March 21-22 operation at White Beach.
