Ten property transfers recorded in Manchester by the Sea between Aug. 7 and Sept. 2, with six of the 10 disclosing a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $500,000 to $4,800,000, with a median of $1,371,500. The period's top sale was 6 Jersey Ln, Parcel B & D, which sold for $4.8 million on Aug. 31 from Mia Schlappi to Peter Rogal. Four of the 10 transfers did not disclose a price, including three that moved property from an individual to that same individual as trustee.
