MANCHESTER BY THE SEA — Zoning Board continues Blossom Lane appeal hearing to late February. Chair Sarah Mellish moved to open and continue the public hearing on an appeal of a November 13, 2025 administrative decision regarding 2 Blossom Lane, filed by Benjamin B. Tymann, Esq., on behalf of Samuel and Tracey Byrne; Sean Zahn seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The hearing is rescheduled for February 25, 2026 at 7 PM, with a board site visit set for February 21 at 9:30 AM. The board also received a Special Permit application for 70 Pleasant Street to be heard at the February 25 meeting.
