Four disclosed sales in Manchester-by-the-Sea span $515,000 to $3.2 million

MANCHESTER BY THE SEA -- Nine property transfers were recorded at the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds for Manchester-by-the-Sea between June 19 and July 18, but only four listed a sale price, ranging from $515,000 to $3,200,000. Five of the nine transactions appear to be transfers into family or fiduciary trusts rather than open-market sales.

Delviks to Laila Elisa Delviks); 1 Windemere Pk, Lots A & B (Peter M. Sherwood to Fiduciary Trust Company, trustee); and 20 Friend St, Lot A (Margaret Coleman to Margaret Coleman, trustee). None of these five list a sale price. The deed data does not indicate the reason for these transfers.
