Manchester-by-the-Sea Property Sales Split Between High-End Deals and Family Transfers

Thirteen property deeds were recorded in Manchester-by-the-Sea between July 3 and Aug. 1, seven with disclosed prices ranging from $530,000 to $2,375,000 and a median of $1,250,000. The month's top sale was 6 Victoria Rd Lot 6 at $2,375,000, followed by 16 Woodholm Rd Lot 14 at $2,325,000 and 17 Loading Place Rd Lot 3 at $2,100,000. Norwood Avenue saw two separate transfers. Notably, every disclosed sale was between unrelated parties, while all six transfers without a listed price were within the same family or into a trust -- a divide the data shows clearly without indicating cause.
